Example Conversations
1. At a Registration Desk
Receptionist: Happy morning! Would you mind giving me your full name?
You: Sure. My name is Sarah Benetton.
Receptionist: Thank you. Can I have your phone number and email address?
You: My phone number is 123-456-7890, and my email is sarah.benetton@gmail.com.
2. Over the Phone
Agent: Hello! May I know who I’m speaking with?
You: Hi, this is James Carter.
Agent: Thank you, James. Could you confirm your address for me?
You: Yes, I live at 45 bank Street, Apartment 2B, Juhu Mumbai.

3. Introducing Yourself in a Formal meeting
Interviewer: Could you introduce yourself briefly?
You: Of course! My name is Riya Sharma. I’m 27 years old and currently working as a software developer. I live in Pune, and my hobbies include reading and hiking.
4. Filling Out a Registration Form at a Hotel
Receptionist: Hello! Welcome to Ramada Hotel. Could you please fill out this registration form?
Guest: Sure! What information do I need to provide?
Receptionist: Please write your full name, address, phone number, and email.
Guest: Okay. My full name is Sara Smith.
Receptionist: Great. Can you also add your nationality?
Guest: Of course. I am Indian.
Receptionist: Thank you. We also need your passport number and the purpose of your visit.
Guest: My passport number is 123456789, and I am here for vacation.
Receptionist: Perfect! Finally, please sign at the bottom.
Guest: Done. Here you go.
Receptionist: Thank you! Your room will be ready shortly. Let us know if you need anything.
