Tia: That sounds nice! Do you exercise?
Aarav: Yes, I go for a walk or do yoga in the evening. What about you?
Tia: I wake up at 8 AM, have coffee, and exercise a few times a week.
Aarav: Cool! What do you do in the evening?
Tia: I spend time with my family or watch TV. Before bed, I like to read.
Aarav: I also listen to music or read before bed. I try to sleep by 10 PM.
Tia: That sounds like a good routine. Maybe I should try it!

Mom: Good morning, Son! Did you sleep well?
Son: Good morning, Mom! Yes, I slept well. How about you?
Mom: I woke up early, at 5:30 AM. I made tea and cleaned a little. What time did you wake up?
Son: I woke up at 7 AM, got ready quickly, and had breakfast before my online classes.
Mom: That’s good. Do you take breaks during your classes?
Son: Yes, I take a short break after every two hours. I stretch and have a snack. What about you?
Mom: After cleaning, I start making lunch. I enjoy cooking, especially for the family.
Son: I know! Your food is always tasty. Do you rest after lunch?
Mom: Yes, I rest for a bit and then do some work or read a book. Son: Sounds nice! After lunch, I study and try to finish my work before the evening.
Mom: That’s a good habit. In the evening, I like to walk around the garden. Do you do anything in the evening?
Son: I play video games for a while, then we all have dinner together.
Mom: I enjoy our family dinners. It’s nice to talk and relax.
Son: Me too, Mom. It’s the best part of my day.
Mom: After dinner, I watch TV or read before bed. What about you?
Son: I stay up a little, talk to friends or read. Then, I go to bed at 10:30 PM.
Mom: That’s a good routine. Just make sure you sleep enough!
Son: Don’t worry, Mom. I will!

Rohan: They stay organized, meet deadlines, and communicate with colleagues.”
Rahul: That makes sense. What habits make your colleagues productive?
Rohan: They prioritize tasks, work hard, and team up. They learn from feedback and like new ideas.

Ravi: Hey, Aarti! What’s your usual day like?
Aarti: Hi Ravi! I wake up at 5 AM, drink water, and do yoga. After that, I have breakfast and get ready for work. What about you?
Ravi: I wake up at 7 AM, take a quick shower, and then have breakfast while checking my emails. I start work at 8 AM.
Aarti: That’s early! What do you do after work?
Ravi: After work, I like to read or watch TV for about an hour to relax. What about you?
Aarti: I also relax, but I do some cleaning or organizing in the evening. It helps me feel productive.
Ravi: I do the same! I also try to cook something new for dinner.
Aarti: That’s great! I usually make simple meals, but I like to try new recipes on weekends. Do you spend time with family?
Ravi: Yes, we have dinner together every evening. It’s a good time to talk. What about you?
Aarti: I spend time with my family too. We talk, play games, or just relax. Then I read before bed.

Habits and Routines of a Working Mom
Here a working Mom is Neha
Neha wakes up early in the morning. She prepares breakfast for her family and gets her children ready for school.
After that, she gets dressed for work. She quickly eats breakfast and then takes her children to school or daycare.
Then, she goes to work. She spends several hours working in the office or at another workplace.
She has meetings, answers emails, and completes her tasks. At lunchtime, she eats a quick meal before continuing her work.
In the evening, she finishes work and picks up her children.
When she gets home, she prepares dinner and helps her children with homework. After dinner, she spends time with her family, watching TV or talking.
Before bed, she cleans up the house and prepares things for the next day. Finally, she goes to bed, feeling tired but happy.
