It is applicable for girl students pursuing courses like Engineering, MBBS, BDS, Integrated LLB (5 Years), B. Pharmacy, B.Sc. To be eligible for Kotak Kanya Scholarship an applicant must meet the following requirements:

- The applicants must have scored greater than 75% marks (or equivalent CGPA) in Class 12 standard boards
- The candidate must have secured admission( first-year) (2025–26) into professional graduation—courses like MBBS, BDS, B.Pharm, etc., at NAAC/NIRF-accredited institutions (IISc, ISER, etc.)
- The Annual family income should be less than 6 lakh
