Savitribai Phule Kishori Samriddhi Yojana
Savitribai Phule KishoriSamriddhi Yojana was started by “Women, Child Development and Social Security Department, Government of Jharkhand”. This scheme was inaugurated by the then Chief Minister Shri Hemant Soren. The objective of Kishori Samriddhi Yojana is to establish Savitribai in the entire Jharkhand state to remove the negative thinking on the birth of daughters in the society, social evils like female feticide, child marriage, reduction in the sex ratio of girls and weak status of girl’s education. Phule Kishori Samriddhi Yojana approved.

Eligibility Criteria & Amount of Scholarship- Savitribai Phule
To apply under the SPKSY scheme, a girl must:
- Be a permanent resident of Jharkhand
- Be studying in Class 8 to Class 12
- Have a bank account in her own name
- Belong to a family where parents do not pay income tax
- For the one-time grant at 18 years, she must have an EPIC voter ID card
- There is no limit on number of daughters – all daughters in a family are eligible

- Girls enrolled in class 8 रु० 2,500/-
- Girls enrolled in class 9 रु० 2,500/-
- Girls enrolled in class 10 रु० 5,000/-
- Girls enrolled in class 11 रु० 5,000/-
- Girls enrolled in class 12 रु० 5,000/-
- Lump sum grant to girls aged 18-19 years रु० 20,000/-
Total Possible Benefit
If a girl receives all benefits from Class 8 to Class 12, she can get around ₹40,000 in total support.
Direct Transfer to Bank Account
The amount is directly transferred to the girl’s bank account or post office account through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer).
