Eligibility criteria
Candidates must go through the given eligibility criteria before applying for the DAAD Scholarships, Germany. Candidate should apply only if they meet all the defined eligibility criteria if all criteria is not fulfilled there are chances of rejection of the application.
- Excellent academic records: Marks of the candidate should be more than 70% and above. Highest percentage increases the chance of scholarships. Students with higher percentage got the preference.
- Candidates must know either English or German language: Germany offer courses in both English and German language. If the candidate is applying for master’s or PhD courses in English Language, then he/she must have a good IELTS /TOEFL score. For the courses in German language the candidate must have cleared German – A2 level or B1 level.

• Letter of recommendation from a current employer with signature and official stamp on letterhead.
