• Students must be in the 2nd year of a full-time B.E./B.Tech program in the specified disciplines.
• Students must belong to the SC, ST, or Physically Challenged category.
• Student must be domiciled in one of the following states/UTs: Rajasthan, Delhi, Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Chandigarh, or Punjab.
• Students must not be older than 40 years.
